We use matcha from Uji, Kyoto without holding back, and let it wrap around finely shaved ice. Every bowl is built so the aroma reaches you at its very best.
Every kakigori comes with shiratama rice cakes and a cup of hot hojicha tea. Moving between cold and warm, you can enjoy it slowly, down to the last spoonful.
